What motivated you to start?
since I was little, I was fascinated by the way of thinking, mental behavior and the process of how our brain works. This curiosity led me to study and delve into topics related to psychology., neuroscience and personal development. My fascination with the human mind, identifying opportunities in the market to improve mental well-being, The desire for professional independence and my taste for challenges are the factors that motivated me to undertake.

What is the best advice you have been given to start a business??
The best advice I have been given to start a business is: “Always maintain a mindset of continuous learning and adaptation.” Maintaining a mentality of continuous learning and adaptation has been the best advice I have been given to undertake. It has been key to facing challenges, take advantage of opportunities and ensure sustained personal and professional growth.
And the worst?
The worst advice I have ever been given was “don't take the risk”. However, when reflecting on that experience, I learned that taking calculated risks is essential for success in entrepreneurship. This learning has been important for my development as an entrepreneur and has reinforced my ability to face challenges with confidence and determination..

If you could change one thing about when you started, what would it be??
If I could change something from when I started, I would spend more time researching and validating the idea, as well as build a solid network of mentors and advisors. These changes would have allowed me to approach the market with a more refined proposal and avoid some of the initial challenges I faced..

Advice from entrepreneur to entrepreneur:Trust your intuition, but make sure you back it up with data and solid planning. This balance will allow you to make better decisions and build a firm foundation for the success of your venture..
